The tower’s design speaks to the balance of established grandeur and opulence with a distinctly modern and forward-looking perspective. Blending elements found in the historic Bastakiya and homes of Old Dubai with a clean modern aesthetic roots the project regionally, while reflecting the global presence of Dubai.

The stepping of the tower provides many of the units with views to the Monument Tower. Articulating the crown as a visual terminus allows the building to have a prominent part of the Harbour skyline.
