Bahia | Malta

Bahia is more than a restaurant interior—it’s a story drawn from Malta’s orange groves. At its centre is Chloe, the orange tree that inspires our design and reflects ideas of care, creativity, and community.

The experience unfolds in four chapters of Chloe’s life. Guests are welcomed into The Seed, a quiet, textured lounge that hints at beginnings. From there, the mood shifts into The Growth, where dining halls echo the feeling of freshly sprouted groves—linen, rope, and timber softening the classical architecture of Villa Corinthia. In The Bloom, a private dining space, light petals sway overhead, recalling spring in full flourish. Finally, The Harvest spills out onto the terraces, alive with deep oranges and greens against the villa’s gardens.
