Data Analytics is a tool for determining word frequency in a document. It reads a document and returns a list of words and their associated word count. You can sort this list either by word count or alphabetically. It also creates a word cloud which makes it easier to see the relative occurances of high-usage words.

You can also specify a word or phrase in the document and Data Analytics will extract the paragraph in which it appears. This allows you to find the words that appear frequently and pull out their paragraphs so that you can see them in context. You can then export this list as a text file.
